You can also combine any of the accommodation prices listed with other rail prices, or you can make the outbound journey in your own car.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are usually ready for guests between 2 and 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Please be sure to inform the hotel if you are going to arrive at your destination after 6 pm on the scheduled day of arrival or if you are going to arrive on another day. You will find the telephone number in your travel documents.

Savings offers

You will find savings offers, such as 3 for 2 (3 nights' accommodation for the price of 2) at many locations. Some of the offers are only available at specified times or when arriving on specified days. These offers are only available for stays within the time period stated, without exception.

Small prices for small guests

If you are travelling with your children, we can offer you a whole range of discounts. When booking, please tell us how old your children will be on the date of travel.

Hotel information

Without exception, all of the hotels presented comply with the "local regulations for accommodation providers."

Qualitative evaluation of the hotels is primarily based on the official classification system of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA), although it is not mandatory for hotels to participate in this system. If the DEHOGA rating is not available, the hotel’s self-assigned classification will be given.

The additional specification "S" (superior) indicates outstanding establishments within each individual category.

Unless otherwise specified, the rooms are standard-category and the images show sample rooms. Please also note that classification guidelines differ from country to country. Even within Germany, it is not uncommon to come across a double room furnished with two single beds or with a French-sized bed measuring 140-160 cm in width.

Advertisement of facilities such as indoor swimming pools, saunas etc. merely indicates that these facilities exist. The service hours of the hotel’s facilities are entirely at the discretion of the hotel management, over which we have no control. Saunas, swimming pools, gyms etc. are not generally available around the clock.

On arrival, many hotels require a deposit, in the form of cash or a credit card charge, against services not included in the price of the stay, for example minibar use or telephone calls.

Occasionally, construction sites can spring up near the hotel overnight or construction work can suddenly be restarted after a long break. This happens with both public and private construction firms, and unfortunately we have no control over it. However, we will of course inform you of any possible disturbances that we are aware of.

Location descriptions and distances to various attractions are provided to give you a general idea of the surroundings. However, the distances given are only approximations.
